Shipping Information

We aim to make energy storage accessible to every home and vehicle across Australia. 

We offer Free Standard Shipping on most of our battery products to major metro areas.

Standard Delivery

Free standard shipping applies to most areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, and SA.

Shipping to WA, NT, and remote/regional areas may incur additional costs.

Delivery is by road freight only for lithium battery products (in compliance with DG transport requirements).

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on location.

Order Handling

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business day after payment confirmation. Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched.

Oversized or Heavy Products

Additional delivery charges may apply in remote areas. Metro shipping remains free for most heavy battery modules.

Warehouse Pickup

Customers may opt for free local pickup (by appointment only).

We are committed to delivering high-quality energy storage products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following return terms.

1. Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with all original accessories and packaging intact.
If the product has been installed, used, or shows signs of damage, the return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping.
For change-of-mind returns or customer mistakes (e.g. wrong model selected), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Dangerous goods like lithium batteries must be returned using DG-compliant packaging and certified carriers in accordance with Australian regulations.

4. Refund Process

We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the item does not meet return conditions, we will contact you for further instructions.

5. Special Note on Lithium Batteries

As our products include lithium batteries (classified as dangerous goods), they are subject to restricted return conditions. Returns must be arranged through certified carriers with DG handling capability. Please contact our customer service team before returning any battery product to ensure safe and compliant return handling.
